I now offer private Health Coaching through the local holistic provider Collective Wellness. If you live in the Triangle Area (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and all the suburbs in between) of North Carolina, I would love to meet you!

Simply go to their Booking page, select “Initial Health Consultation”, choose “Jennifer” as the provider, and location as “Collective Wellness NC”. Then choose on the calendar when your availability matches and we will be in business!

  • Cooking lessons – in person or via Skype

In person cooking classes only offered in the Raleigh-Durham area. Prices based on driving distance, which recipe you choose, and if it is ‘BYO’ or ‘I’ll bring it’.

BYO (Buy Your Own) – a cooking class where you choose which recipe you want to learn, download a shopping list and recipe, and purchase the ingredients. Then I will walk you through the steps to creating a fresh healthy meal everyone will love. Skype or in person.

I’ll bring it – On offer in the Triangle, NC area only, you choose a recipe and I will show up with all the ingredients. Then I’ll show you in person and in real time how to easily create your own dinnertime masterpiece.

Parties – A unique girls’ night, birthday party, bachelorette, or date night idea. You choose the recipe, and BYO or I’ll bring it. Discounts for larger groups cooking the same recipe. Triangle area only.

  • Recipe development

Looking for something uniquely you but can’t come up with the perfect something? Want to wow at your next dinner party or family gathering? Want something to be “known for” at potlucks? Look no further. I can help create custom recipes for any budget, event, and health concerns such as gluten free, diabetic or heart friendly, Paleo, or dairy intolerance.

  • Guest or ghost writing

Overwhelmed with your own writing responsibilities? Need some fresh new content for your blog? Want a hand coming up with a chapter in a cookbook? I’d be happy to help you with writing unique, quality content on anything finance, budgeting, meal planning, food, cooking, or nutrition related.
